TKWW offers a set of paid services (“Vendor Services”) which currently include:

Local Listing: Placement on The Knot and/or WeddingWire according to the purchased tier, including but not limited to Spotlight, Featured, or Professional.

Add-On Services: Additional placement on The Knot and/or WeddingWire, including but not limited to secondary regions or categories outside of the primary Local Listing (“Secondary Local Listing”), buzz badges, banner ads, and local homepage badge/event listings/local deals.

Advertising Services: We create advertisements or other marketing deliverables for vendors.

Vendors who have purchased Spotlight, Featured, or Professional packages are listed in the directory according to their selected tier. We also offer free vendor memberships, wherein vendors may appear on The Knot and/or WeddingWire (“Basic”, “Lite”, or “Free Trial”, collectively “Free Services”), but with no guarantee.

Additionally, vendors paying for Vendor Services may also be proactively recommended in other areas throughout the couple’s experience.

To help make the highest-quality matches between vendors and couples, we use information about couples, such as style, location, activity on the platform, and other couple preferences, along with vendor attributes or activities (like response rate, service offerings, etc.), to make these recommendations.

When included in these recommendations, they provide extra visibility on top of your Storefront’s directory placement.

Within couple’s dashboard: Couples see a visual timeline that breaks planning into bite-sized steps so they have less stress and clearer expectations when they reach out to vendors.

Within planning tools: Various planning tools help couples find their style, bring their vision to life, and take the stress out of planning. Throughout these experiences, couples see vendor recommendations and prompts to go into the marketplace directory, where they can find, save, and book vendors.

‘Make It Yours’ AI Recommendations: Couples can favorite a look and instantly see recommended local vendors who can deliver it based on Storefront photos. This gives vendors visibility when couples move from dreaming to doing.

Within the vendor manager: Couples can track, organize, and compare their saved vendors in one place—making it easier to narrow in on the best fit.
