Miami Social Event Recap

Great news, pros–our first event of the year is in the books! For our very first social, we traveled down to Miami to host an event to celebrate the pro community in that area, and the event did NOT disappoint.
The Miami Social was hosted at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, a newly-renovated venue close to the beach. The venue was gorgeous and swanky, which was the perfect backdrop for our event. And, it gave our attendees ample space to mingle, grab a snack and drink and enjoy all the amenities the team from House of Design, our event designers, had in store for the night.
Before the event, pros were invited to sit through a roundtable discussion hosted by leaders from the WeddingPro team. The roundtable covered important topics like Storefronts, pricing, lead replies and everything else we know is top of mind for our audience. We had a great discussion (which will help us create more education for all of you!)
After the roundtable was over, guests entered the doors of the Mayfair to a jungle-themed space draped in greenery from Plant Topia and signage from Event Factor and Dogwood Blossom Stationary. Once inside, everyone was encouraged to continue mingling as they enjoyed the signature drinks of the evening, light bites and more substantial plated options provided by our catering and bar partners Mayfair Grill and SipSip Calypso Rum Bar.
Throughout the event, the DJ from Event Factor and the live performers from Joy Entertainment Productions did an amazing job keeping the energy high, and the pros had so much fun interacting with them and the beautiful animal sculptures Bacho USA created from plants!
