Confirm the budget (money), make sure the person you’re communicating with is the one making the decisions (authority), determine the timeline (urgency) and ensure their vision matches your style (decision criteria).

 Ian recommends using “smart values,” aka dynamic fields inside your email templates. These are placeholders that automatically pull real-time, personalized data from your inquiry form directly into your automated emails, such as first name, wedding date, venue or other relevant info.

This email type quickly acknowledges the inquiry while conveying excitement and professionalism. Use it to encourage scheduling an immediate consultation.
