WeddingPro 360° Virtual Tours are complimentary to reception venues with Premium advertising on both The Knot and WeddingWire.

Appointments typically take 2 to 3 hours, but can vary based on the complexity of your floor plan and square footage. We’ll calculate the amount of time needed based on the details you provide and schedule accordingly.

We recommend preparing your venue the same way you would before a wedding—clean, decorated and well-lit. Keep in mind that the camera will capture rich details of your space for users to explore and zoom.

After your appointment, it will take approximately 3 weeks for your WeddingPro 360° Virtual Tour to appear on your Storefronts across The Knot and WeddingWire.

Tours cannot be exported or downloaded. Please direct prospective clients to view the tour on your Storefronts on The Knot and WeddingWire.

Select any dates that your venue is available to shoot. Please note, we require at least a two-week advance and can only schedule appointments up to three-months out. For appointment requests beyond three months, please save the form to submit at a later date. While we recommend capturing the tour prior to a wedding, ALL spaces must be available for capture within one appointment and completely unoccupied with no movement. NOTE: Selected dates are not guaranteed as scheduled appointments are determined by the photographer’s availability. Our team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days requesting to schedule a call to learn more about your space and make an appointment with our photography team.
