CEO Update: Grateful for Your Partnership—and Excited for What’s Next

As the fall wedding season winds down and the holiday season approaches, I want to check back in and reinforce my commitment to continuing to raise the bar for our customers and industry. I’ve been learning so much by spending time with you over the past months, most recently at Bridal Fashion Week in New York City. Your creativity, talent, and unwavering dedication to couples inspire me and the rest of the team at The Knot Worldwide every single day. You are the heartbeat of this industry—and your partnership means everything to us.
We’re continuing to invest and innovate in our product to better serve you—helping you save time, reach more couples, and elevate your brand. Last week, I had the opportunity to hear all the positive feedback from vendors like you about the WeddingPro mobile app Beta. I also got a firsthand look at the final experience before it launched in the app store—an app built directly in response to your input. I’m thrilled to share that it is now available to download in the iOS app store. Based on your feedback, we prioritized messaging features to deliver a best-in-class experience, with more capabilities planned for 2026 to support you while you’re on the go. The app is now 2x faster on average and makes it easier than ever to connect with couples and stay on top of inquiries from anywhere. I’m excited for you to experience it yourself and share your thoughts.
A few additional community updates:
- Close the loop: We’re helping ensure vendors aren’t left waiting for replies. Couples now receive push notifications and email reminders to respond—or to close the loop if they’ve chosen a different direction. We’re also educating couples about proper communication etiquette both on social channels and during sign-up on our platform.
- Faster responses, even when you’re on the go: Our new Auto-reply auto-response feature in WeddingPro helps you quickly connect with couples by sending a prompt, customizable reply that keeps the conversation moving—even when you’re not available. You can share pricing, FAQs, or even just a quick acknowledgement that their message was received.
- Deals are top of mind for couples as the holiday season approaches. Our Ultimate Wedding Savings Event will be launching for Black Friday and Cyber Monday—built to drive traffic and inquiries to pros who run deals. It’s not too late to add a deal.
