WeddingPro Wrapped 2025
Every meaningful connection, every review, every message that helped a couple move closer to their wedding day—those moments began with you. In 2025, WeddingPro helped you connect and plan with millions of couples across The Knot and WeddingWire. Together, you turned inspiration into reality, one event at a time.
This year’s WeddingPro Wrapped looks back at the community you built, the trust you earned and the innovations launched to help you grow. It’s a snapshot of the community’s success—and a preview of where we’re headed next.
Celebrating Your Wins
Across The Knot and WeddingWire, you reached new heights. These numbers tell the story of an industry that’s resilient and evolving to meet modern couples where they are.
9 Million Reviews Across The Knot and WeddingWire
In 2025, couples submitted hundreds of thousands of reviews, contributing to more than 9 million vendor ratings across The Knot and WeddingWire. Reviews remain one of the top three decision-making factors for couples—alongside photos and price—and 65% of nearlyweds say they actively seek them out while planning.
Couples also tell us they want to see at least five recent reviews (within the last two years) before they feel confident reaching out. Credibility isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s a booking advantage.
100k+ Signals from Leads

Strong communication doesn’t just happen in the early stages of planning; it also matters when couples decide to move in a different direction. This year, more than 100,000 couples closed the loop with vendors in just two months, using a new feature that creates clarity on both sides. These signals help pros quickly understand which leads are moving forward and which are not, reducing the time spent waiting on leads that have already moved on.
The reasons couples selected ranged from choosing another vendor to scheduling conflicts. Here’s why couples said they’d moved on:
- 43% said they picked another vendor
- 16% were a budget mismatch
- 10% said the vendor wasn’t available for their date
While those moments are never easy, having clearer visibility into how and why couples are making decisions helps you refine your offerings, messages and follow-up strategies.
Over 1 Million Images Added to Storefronts
Visual storytelling remained at the heart of how couples discovered and evaluated vendors. In 2025, vendors like you uploaded more than a million photos and videos to their Storefronts. These images did more than simply showcase work; they helped couples imagine their own celebrations with more detail and confidence—whether they were exploring floral styles, ceremony backdrops, reception layouts or fashion choices.
The scale of this visual content also fed into a richer discovery experience across our platforms. As couples browsed, saved and compared, they encountered more examples of real work from vendors like you than ever before.
More Than 2 Million Planning Journeys
Every inquiry starts somewhere, and in 2025, more than 2 million newly engaged couples joined The Knot and WeddingWire, adding to more than 47 million weddings planned with WeddingPro tools and vendors. Each of those signups represents a planning journey with its own timeline, preferences and budget—and each one brought new opportunities for you to connect, educate and book business.
This continued growth in couple signups helped expand the marketplace for pros across regions, budgets and styles. It also reinforced a central truth: when planning tools feel intuitive and supportive for couples, they foster stronger, more intentional connections between you and your couples.
A More Connected Planning Experience for Couples and Vendors

Planning tools for couples on The Knot got an AI-powered update—helping nearlyweds find vendors, like you, that match their inspiration. This helps your Storefront get surfaced to couples whose style and needs align with your strengths, improving fit and conversion.
Together, these innovations are designed around a simple idea: when couples plan with more clarity and confidence, vendors get more aligned, higher-intent leads.
Strengthening Vendor Success
While couples experienced a more connected planning journey, we also introduced updates meant to reduce friction for pros, streamline day-to-day workflows and improve visibility.
Expanded Support by 2 Hours Each Day
This year, we extended support hours to make it easier for you to get answers—especially during peak planning moments. Whether it’s a Storefront update, a technical question or a new feature demo, our team is now available longer to help you keep business moving.
Clearer Storefront Expectations with Pro Playbook
This year also saw the debut of the Pro Playbook, a resource built around what matters most for vendors: content, credibility and communication. Pro Playbook brings together best practices for Storefronts, messaging, reviews and more.
Deals and Strategic Marketing Campaigns

Deals became an important way for vendors to showcase promotions and stand out in key booking windows. Through efforts like the Wedding Savings Event, we highlighted vendors who added Deals to their Storefronts, giving them additional visibility across consumer marketing channels.
For many vendors, this combination of deal features and marketing amplification created new opportunities to convert already-interested couples into confirmed bookings. Specifically, Storefronts that featured a deal saw a conversion rate over 3x higher than storefronts with no deals.
Community Highlights
Community has always been at the core of WeddingPro, and 2025 underscored just how powerful that community can be when vendors are informed, connected and adaptable.
Nearly 6,000 Vendors Met In Person

This year, the WeddingPro team met nearly 6,000 vendors in person at industry events and WeddingPro Socials across the country. From WeddingMBA to Bridal Fashion Week, those in-person moments helped us better understand your needs, test ideas, share education and bring vendor perspectives directly back into product and content conversations. The result is a stronger feedback loop between the tools we build and the businesses you run.
$2.2 Billion in Global Wedding Opportunity
2025 brought several major cultural touchpoints that influenced how couples approached style, symbolism and celebration—none more significant than the engagement of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Their engagement and upcoming wedding could result in $2.2B in increased global wedding spend in the next two years
Gen Z turns 28, Entering Prime Planning Years
As the oldest Gen Z couples turn 28, their influence is reshaping the wedding industry. They prioritize authenticity, inclusivity and sustainability—and expect vendors to reflect those values in language, representation and offerings. They also plan digitally, relying on mobile-friendly communication, with fast responses and virtual options now seen as baseline expectations.
For vendors, Gen Z brings both opportunity and responsibility: to meet couples where they are, build trust through transparency and adapt services for a more personalized, tech-forward planning style.
Looking Ahead to 2026 Weddings
If 2025 was about momentum and alignment, 2026 is about building on that foundation. We are continuing to invest in tools, education and experiences that help vendors grow with confidence while meeting couples’ evolving needs.
In the year ahead, you can expect to see:
- A new Small-Business Grant Program designed to help vendors invest in what matters most to their growth
- Expanded AI-powered planning and communication tools that continue to improve matchmaking and workflow efficiency
- Additional discovery surfaces that connect vendors with high-intent couples in more relevant, context-rich ways
- The The Knot Anniversary Gala, celebrating the industry and the pros who power it
- Continued investment in vendor education, community-driven insights and support
