Here at WeddingPro, our job is to make your life easier. So, in doing just that, we’ve officially launched a new, unified app that will house your Storefronts on The Knot and WeddingWire under one roof. The WeddingPro app is an easy-to-use business management tool that will help you run your Storefronts from anywhere. From editing your descriptions and uploading new photos to viewing analytics and responding to leads, you’ll be amazed at all the things you can do with the WeddingPro app.
Today, we’re going to go over some information that will help get you up and running on the app so you won’t miss a beat. Follow along to learn more!
Everything you need to know about the WeddingPro app
The app is available to download right now for iOS and Android users, so head to the App Store or Google Play Store. To get started on the app, simply log in using your existing WeddingPro credentials. From there, you’ll land on your new homepage where you can select which brand you’d like to start with (and don’t worry–you can toggle between brands without having to get back to this screen).

Once you’re inside the app, you’ll be greeted with five tabs that will help you manage your Storefronts. Here’s a sneak peek into how each will work.
The Home tab is where you’ll land once you’ve entered your Storefront. Here, you can look at recent leads and an overview of your analytics, and navigate to other tabs.
In this tab, you can update your Storefront information to help attract and convert our audience of engaged couples. Think actions like adding and editing photos, updating your business details and adding important information like pricing and services can be done here with just a few clicks.
With the Leads tab, you won’t have to worry about missing an inquiry. Now, you can read and respond to messages, organize and search through inquiries and learn more about your couples in one, easy-to-use place. You’re also able to create Quick Reply templates to make replying to leads much more efficient. Along with all of those amazing features, you’ll be able to set up push notifications so you’ll never miss a message.
We all know that reviews are everything when it comes to gaining new clients, and you can now use the WeddingPro app to get more of them. In this tab, you can respond to reviews, easily request reviews and even pin one of your favorite reviews so everyone can see it.
The More tab is where you can find a ton of links that will help you level up your business. For example, here is where you’ll access all of your analytics and reporting data so you can always have a pulse on how your Storefronts are performing. Along with that, you’ll also have access to the WeddingPro blog from this tab so you can continue your business education. You can also access our Help Centers and other useful links here.
