First Look at What’s New at WeddingPro: Summer 2025 Updates

In our latest video update, CEO of The Knot Worldwide, Raina Moskowitz and other leaders shared the exciting new innovations and updates we’ve been building thanks to your feedback. We’ve heard loud and clear that you want us to: 

  • Deliver quality matches
  • Create easy-to-use, time-saving tools
  • Provide expanded and improved support

That’s precisely where we’ve focused our energy. Here’s a recap of what’s new and what’s coming this year at WeddingPro.

Delivering quality matches

Christine Brown, our VP of Product, kicked things off by sharing new ways you can stand out in the marketplace and attract your dream clients. 

Stand out with new badges on your Storefront

There are two new badges to help you stand out. 

  • The Recently Updated badge rewards you for keeping your Storefront current, signaling to couples that your information is fresh and reliable. 
  • The Popular with Couples badge is awarded to our top-performing pros, building trust and credibility with couples as they browse.

Attract clients with the Deals feature

A strategic discount can be a powerful booking tool. In fact, about 40% of couples said exclusive discounts would make them more interested in contacting or booking vendors. Now, you can easily create and manage special offers—like last-minute availability, off-peak pricing or seasonal deals—directly from the Pricing & Deals tab in WeddingPro. These deals will appear on your Storefronts across both The Knot and WeddingWire, helping you turn more leads into bookings.

Get clarity when couples move on

We know it can be frustrating when a lead ghosts you. To help, we’ve introduced a new feature that makes it easier for couples to let you know they go in a different direction. You’ll start seeing more insightful notifications in your inbox, providing closure and allowing you to focus your energy on leads that are moving forward. As we roll out this feature, we’ll also educate couples on the importance of closing out conversations with you.

Creating easy-to-use, time-saving tools

Casey Moujaes, Head of Vendor Marketing, walked through new features designed to give you back your most valuable resource: time. We get it, your time is limited and valuable. With this in mind, we’ve been developing tools you can rely on to do the heavy lifting.

Not to mention, responding quickly to leads is critical—our data shows pros who reply within three hours are twice as likely to hear back from a couple. These tools help you do just that.

Smart Fields in Quick replies 

We’ve introduced Smart Fields to your Quick replies to help personalize your responses to couples. These Smart Fields now automatically pull in couple details like names, wedding dates and location.

Soon, you’ll also be able to add and save attachments you frequently send to couples so you don’t have to manually upload them every time. 

Auto-replies 

We know you can’t be in your inbox 24/7. Respond to initial inquiries faster with Auto-replies. Whether it’s to send a confirmation note or key information the moment a lead comes in, you can keep the conversation moving even when you’re on the go.

The future of your inbox

We’re committed to making your workflow even smoother. This fall, we’ll begin rolling out advanced features like automatic lead follow-ups that you can customize based on the follow-up strategy that works for you. We’re also building a new, modern iOS app so you can manage communication on the go. 

In the interest of saving you time, we are developing AI-assisted replies right inside your WeddingPro Inbox. Leveraging insights from over 13 million lead conversations, these tools will offer helpful, personalized suggestions to help you write confident, professional replies that still sound like you. 

Providing expanded and improved support

Finally, we’re making significant improvements to ensure you can get the help you need, when you need it.

  • A unified, streamlined help experience: In the coming months, we’re streamlining The Knot and WeddingWire help pages into a single, easy-to-navigate resource center. With more self-service articles and an always-on chat feature, you’ll get answers faster than ever.
  • Your feedback matters: We’re launching an updated survey after you contact our support team so you can let us know how it went. Your feedback is crucial and will help us continue to improve your experience.
  • Expanded support hours: Sometimes, you just need to talk to an expert. As a reminder, we expanded support hours earlier this year. We’re now available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET, with a team member available to chat via phone or email.
